before requesting a return authorization number.
If your hardware needs to be repaired or replaced, you must call
419-476-6572 to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping. No return
shipments will be accepted without a return authorization number on the outside
of the shipment.
if you must ship the hardware to First Choice Support or an authorized First Choice Support
dealer, you must prepay shipping and either insure the hardware or assume all risk
of loss or damage in transit.
