What do I need to do if I need warranty repair or service?

Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a
return authorization number. We will need to be advised the nature of the problem and
the serial # of the product(s).
Please review our Warranty Policy before contacting First Choice Support to verify that
your repair or service request is eligible.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

If you faxed or emailed your order (Please refer to the "How to Order" Page), First Choice Support will send you an acknowledgment within 24 hours.
We generally do not send acknowledgments for phone orders, however, if you provide us with an email address
we can send an order acknowlegment via email upon your request.

What is the maximum distance the FC30-12 Power Supply can successfully power a television?
|
The model FC30-12 power supply is able to power television sets up to a distance of 250 feet using
RG-59 cable. Video quality remains excellent throughout. Greater distances are achievable with RG-6.

What is the weight range of your FC series television support arms?
|
Model FC-80: Supports 0-14 Lbs with a 54" extension
Model FC-100: Supports 10-20 Lbs with a 54" extension
Model FC-120: Supports 5-18 Lbs with a 67" extension

Are your products approved by Underwriters Laboratories?

All of the FC series television support arms are approved by Underwriters Laboratories.
